Zhejiang Yataite Wide Cloth Printing & Dyeing Co., Ltd. is located in the famous Anchang Town of thousands of years, quite near the oriental largest textile market-China Textile City. It reaches Hangzhou International Airport about 30 minutes’ ride in the west, with Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway crossing through it, enjoying a quite convenient transportation.




The predecessor of the company is Wide Cloth Pringting & Dyeing Mill being attached to Zhejiang Yataite High-Technology Co., Ltd. The company is founded in 2000, which is the country key technological transformations project (national debt special fund project). The total investment is about 280 million Yuan (once-and-for-all introduction of foreign advanced printing production equipment of 25 million US dollars). The entire factory covers and area of 100,000 square meters, including floor space of 70,000 square meters. We have 800 staffs at present, more than 80 persons are middle or senior technical personnel.




Now, the company not only introduced international most advanced pretreatment equipment such as complete set of Desizing, Cooking and Bleaching Combination Machine and mercerizing machine of 3200mm and 1800mm from Holland, but also purchased 6 production lines of rotary printing machine and flat printing machine of 3200mm and 1800mm and their mating CDA/CAM plate-making equipment from Austria and Japan. Furthermore, we also imported 4 lines of 1800mm pad dyeing from Germany, 3 lines of 3200mm extra broad rolling and dyeing from Holland and dozens of integrate after-treatment lines (rapid steaming, baking, scouring, tentering, pad dyeing, shrinding, galling, roughing-up, cloth inspecting, rolling and packing, etc.) from U.S., Germany and Japan. Now all above equipments are working regularly.
